Kings and kingdoms all pass away,
nothing on earth endures, but the
love of God who sent His Son is forever
and ever yours.
Have you ever been so far down
that you don't see how you can ever get out of it?

Do you have problems that seem to overwhelm you?

How do you come back from something like that?

How do you move forward with your life?

Just remember this:
No matter what has happened in the past,
you always have something to contribute to life.

As long as you are breathing,
you can make a difference.
It doesn't matter who you are or what you have been,
or even what you have done.

That is all in the past, and you cannot change it,
but you can change the present and the future.

You can resolve to make a positive contribution to life,
to your own life, to the lives of others,
to your community, to the world, to the future.

Nothing can pull you down far enough
when you are resolved to make a difference,
when you are committed to making a contribution.

Go forward.
Find what you can contribute to life,
and you will find
Fulfillment, Joy and Peace.

BY Ralph S. Marston
" When you learn to live with the
mistakes that you have made,
Only then, will you be able to
forgive yourself and move on."
Life's blows cannot break
a person whose spirit is warmed
at the fire of enthusiasm.
Sometimes you're blue,
because you think
of all you might have been.
You ponder how your life
might be so much better,
if you could live it all over again.
You think of success
that could have been yours,
and you fret over all you've lost.
But you forget that
a different path
might have held a hefty cost.
So before you let
thoughts so unkind,
enter your heart
and cloud your mind,
let's add another thought
for your soul to nurse...
your life might have been
a whole lot worse.
The next time you're holding
your life in review
think of the many blessings
that were given to you.
Think of the heartache and sorrow
that you've been sparred,
and the many ways that your life
has been touched
by those who've cared.
If you do, you'll never
waste a minute, feeling sad
about what you might have been
or might have had.

My Mountain Lord

I call upon the Lord many times,
I listen, as the Holy choir chimes.
Lord I crossed the mountains before,
I swam the seas I stood on the shore.
Lord I spend my quiet time, with you
Many a hill I cried in pain "let this pass."
I never quit; each mountain was a task.
I read my Bible, and I pray,
another mountain is in my way.
In times of sorrow, and pain I did pray.
Angels you sent, Mountains moved to the sea
Lord you never let me down, just you, and me.
My Bible lay near my bed, you saw me read.
With every Mountain, there was a seed.
Together we walked the rivers and streams,
I have one final mountain to bear it seems.
Health broken, mountains lay.
I lay my head in my humble way, I pray.
Today I have Fibromyalgia, Lord help
Me climb that mountain today.
Hurt many times, for what I don't know
Lord you are my master, help me go.
From a woman who never knew sorrow,
Badly bent, I limp into tomorrow.
Over the next hill-top and we'll be home
God you have been with me, God said
"Child of mine, leave that mountain alone."

To fall in love with God
is the greatest of all romances;
to seek Him,
the greatest adventure;
to find Him,
The greatest human achievement.
