| Without You, I can do nothing. It’s You on whom I depend. You give me hope for my future, With Your promise of life with no end. Your love daily sustains me. All things I accomplish through You. When the enemy tries to put doubts in my mind, Your Spirit is here to imbue. It doesn’t matter what problems arise. I know the answer’s with You. I simply say, "Lord, give me patience, And the wisdom to know what to do." The assurance You’re always with me, Gives me confidence all will go well. Each day I seek You in all that I do. I involve You in every detail. Not every problem is solved as I wish. But I trust You know what’s best. So I simply move on and put it behind. I don’t let it cause me distress. When You became number one in my life, You changed my heart from within. My outlook on life is now totally changed. But I had to start over again. Without You, life has no meaning. But with You, I’ll always succeed. The blessings You give me each day that I live, Are much more than I’ll ever need. Happiness, health and a good attitude, Are a few of the blessings You give. | As we travel down life’s highway, We face many bumps in the road. We have decisions we have to make Which can place on us a heavy load. We want to do what’s best for us. We want to do what’s right. This is the time to look to God. He can help us see the light. We need to go to Him in prayer. We need to ask His lead. For through His loving guidance, He’ll help us to succeed. We might reach a fork in the road, and feel we know the right way. But we need to ask the Lord for help, and hear what He has to say. If we try to do it all on our own, it might not be in God’s plan. That’s why we need His assistance, so let’s reach and take His hand. He’ll lead us down the right path. He’ll help us make the right choice. But we must ask His help through prayer. And then listen for His voice. God wants to help us in all we do. He wants to be our guide. Let’s look to Him for all our needs. For we know He will provide. God is always constant and true. Through His word we know He’s there. He loves us. He wants what’s best for us. And we’re assured of His daily care. Don't let foolish pride lead to strife. We don’t need to do it all alone. God can calm the storms of our life. Whenever we’re tossed and blown. So look to God to meet our every need, No matter how bad our personal plight. He's with us as we struggle and grieve, He'll see us through the darkest night. Thank you Lord for always being just a prayer away.
